Well, I found it! I’ve been trying to find this for years. Someone out there must have liked it too, because they anonymously took the time to edit a bunch of episodes in their sound program and created a pretty high quality mp3 loop. This generic funky background music is like a rock disco track, and in my opinion the unofficial soundtrack for the Transformers character Jazz in my mind. During a couple of episodes Blaster also broadcasts the music, Spike is dancing with his girlfriend to it at a disco, and of course it shows up numerous times throughout the G.I. Joe cartoon series.
