After the G.I. Joe team nearly bankrupts Cobra in a series of raids, the evil organization makes a desperate attempt to stay afloat, disguising Zartan and the Dreadnoks as a new heavy metal band called Cold Slither. Unfortunately for G.I. Joe, their subliminal mind control music is a big hit!
