We grade vintage GI Joe toys on a scale of 1 to 100 where 100 is MINT and 80+ is NEAR MINT, 70+ is VERY GOOD, 50+ is GOOD, and anything else below 45 is POOR. A rating of 45 would represent a C3 or less approximately. We do our best to point out and describe any imperfections which we notice. Such imperfections may include yellowing due to age, whether the points have been cut out of a box or card. Sticker wear and whether stickers have been placed in a manner which is obviously improper, and if there are any missing parts or pieces.  Occasionally you may catch an imperfection that we have missed but our promise to you is that we will NEVER try to hide flaws through photography angles or inventory descriptions.  These toys are 25 years old generally and most will have some minor paint wear or fading and other conditions related to their age. Any item which we feel is NOT good enough quality to display, collect, customize, or army build with, will be CLEARLY marked as PARTS so that collectors can purchase and use the item to make repairs to a toy that is already in their collection etc.  The general rule of thumb is that if there is an item that we would be disappointed in receiving and or would not include in our own personal collection, it has no business being up for sale on this site unless of course it is for PARTS ONLY.
